Towards a new beginning!
When someone asks me to do something, my natural tendency is generally to say “no”. Maybe, because I buy time to think through things and explore my own feelings. Always used to saying what I feel, I mostly end up in conflicting situations. It isn’t for no reason that I have managed to earn the title “Bully Shree”! :P

Two and a half years ago, when I joined Appsecco, I joined with an open mind and with a single aim to learn and grow as much as I could, in my capacity. Today, it’s my last working day at Appsecco, and I feel I have achieved what I wanted. Well! There is no end to learning, and there was (and is) still a lot more to learn. But, I am happy (but not content) with whatever I have achieved so far.
As we had the official lunch meeting for one more time, today, all I could remember was the blissful moments and appreciation for everyone. They tried hard to make me cry, but we ended up laughing instead.
But, I think, Akash did manage to get me close to crying.
I will miss the cool parties…
…the scrumptious lunches
…super cool team outings
…and, the workplace that allowed us to stay connected to each other.
I have been really stubborn in my ways, I wouldn’t deny that. And I must say my work experience at Appsecco has been way better than all my previous work experiences. The learning graph has been simply amazing.
Thank you Appsecco. You will have a special place in my heart. Thank you for the special farewell gifts, too. It indeed made my day:
Riyaz I have always been a big fan of your knowledge, photography skills, your puzzle solving skills, and your pathetic jokes. Even though we argued the most for our views and opinions, I am glad we did that amicably. I respect and admire you even more now that I have worked closely with you. And, this special gesture of yours, where you got chocolates especially for me as a farewell gift, has just left me speechless. You indeed made my day. Thank you!
And, for everyone reading this, you know what, I got to keep these too… :D
Despite facing challenges at various times, my two and a half years at Appsecco have been the best two and a half professional years of my life. My growth has been tremendous.
I will always remember what someone wise said to me recently:
Even the fairy tales are never supposed to be perfect. They too have both, good and bad elements…
My fairy tale is not yet over. It’s just a chapter coming to an end. As I flip over the pages and move towards a new chapter, a new beginning awaits. I know that all my experiences at Appsecco are going to guide me in the right direction and towards a greater adventure.
